*Due to the hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you find any concerns of the received products, please contact me online anytime and we are always happy to help. Your concerns will be assessed, and will send replacement if an item breaks due to flaw in design.

*Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. If you would like tracking please upgrade to express during checkout. If shipment is returned due to incorrect address by the customer, example ( missing unit etc.) we will NOT be responsible for reshipping fees and it will be the responsibility of the customer.
